6. How do individuals make golf bookings?

  1. Select the booking type: Golf Only
  2. Select golf courses by geographical region using the drop down menus
  3. Select the date of play by clicking on the calendar and indicate the number of golfers for which tee times are required.
  4. Click on the “Check Availability” button to see tee time availability with prices
  5. Select a tee time slot which is then transferred to your itinerary for the date previously selected
  6. Click the “Proceed to Booking” button
  7. Fill in customer details and click “Preview “ button
  8. Click “Confirm” to make purchase

7. How do individuals make hotel bookings?

  1. Select the booking type: Hotel Only
  2. Select hotel by geographical region using the drop down menus
  3. Select the arrival date by clicking on the calendar and indicate the number of nights at the hotel
  4. Select the hotel of your choice, indicate the number and type of rooms required and then click the “Check Availability” button to see room availability with prices
  5. Select the room availability which is then transferred to your itinerary for the date(s) previously selected
  6. Click the “Proceed to Booking” button
  7. Fill in customer details and click “Preview “ button
  8. Click “Confirm” to make purchase

8. How do individuals make combined Hotel and Golf bookings?

  1. Select the booking type: Golf & Hotel
  2. Select hotel by geographical region using the drop down menus
  3. Select the arrival date by clicking on the calendar and indicate the number of nights at the hotel together with the number of golfers in the group.
  4. Select the hotel of your choice, indicate the number and type of rooms required and then click the “Check Availability” button to see room availability with prices
  5. Select the room availability which is then transferred to your itinerary for the date(s) previously selected
  6. Select the golf venue for each day by clicking on the “select golf” button on the itinerary section on the right hand side
  7. g. Click on the “Check Availability” button to see tee time availability with prices
  8. h. Select a tee time slot which is then transferred to your itinerary for the date previously selected
  9. i. Repeat this process to select golf for the subsequent days
  10. j. Click the “Proceed to Booking” button
  11. k. Fill in customer details and click “Preview “ button
  12. h. Click “Confirm” to make purchase

9. Is the payment process safe and secure?

All payment and customer information is entered through a secure (SSL) interface - the same kind of security used by financial web sites.

The actual green fee is due upon arrival at the golf course, with terms of cancellation dependent on the course's policy.

Enter all requested information. If any necessary information is omitted, you will be prompted for the missing information before being allowed to continue.

NOTE: If you have an e-mail address, please enter it, since the confirmation message will be sent to the e-mail address that you provide.

You may be charged a nominal booking fee (if no charge is displayed at time of purchase there will be no booking fee) for booking your tee time via GolfBooker.

10. Can I cancel a tee time reservation?

Yes, you can make cancellations via the GolfBooker website quoting your unique booking reference number. Since each hotel and golf course operates its own individual cancellation policy customers are advised to study cancellation dates at the time of purchase. (refer to Terms& Conditions below)

  • Golf Tee Time Only Bookings : Golf tee time bookings made through GB must be cancelled in accordance with the relevant golf course cancellation policy. This must be done in writing in adherence to the tee time cancellation procedure on the GB website. In the case of cancellations not made in accordance with the course cancellation policy the course may charge the user's credit card the entire green fee for all rounds initially reserved.
  • Hotel Room Only Bookings : Hotel Room bookings made through GB must be cancelled in accordance with the relevant hotel cancellation policy. This must be done in writing in adherence to the hotel room cancellation procedure on the GB website. In the case of cancellations not made in accordance with the hotel cancellation policy the hotel may charge the user's credit card the entire green fee for all rooms initially reserved.
  • Combined Hotel & Golf Tee Time Bookings : Cancellation charges will apply as follows on receipt of written or emailed notification of cancellation in accordance with the cancellation policy procedure on the GB website:

For cancellations received more than 60 days prior to the 1 st day of the package – 30% charge

For cancellations received in the period 30-59 days prior to the 1 st day of the package – 50% charge

For cancellations received in the period 1-29 days prior to the 1 st day of the package – 100% charge

11. How far in advance can customers make a booking?

Depending on the time of year and the various different business rules of the golf courses customers will be able to book tee times up to 12 months in advance

12. What is the charge for making the booking via GolfBooker?

There is no transaction charge to the customer (unless indicated)

Depending on the payment rules set by each golf course a deposit will be charged to the customer credit card.

Payment of the balance will depend also on the golf course business rules
